Gospel musician, Bubele Ngazelwa, from Greyspan in Cacadu (formerly Lady Frere), has been nominated for the Gabriel Gospel Awards, which will be held in Gqeberha later this year.
He said he is not sure about the date at the moment. Besides being nominated, Ngazelwa has released his first EP, titled Emazweni which consists of four songs.
He said he started singing in 2018. He added that he was busy recording a full-length album that would be released in August.
“I will release a single in the first week of June, titled Kanye Nawe, preceding the album that will be released in August.
“I have chosen this kind of music because I am a born-again Christian,” said Ngazelwa.
He added that by singing gospel, he was preaching the Word of God.
