SAFA OR Tambo men’s regional league decider match between Jacaranda FC and Champion FC has been postponed to this coming Sunday, May 1.
The match was supposed to take place this past Sunday but, due to rainy weather conditions, the match was postponed.
This was confirmed by SAFA OR Tambo Region president, Sandile Nowalaza.
Jacaranda FC is the champion of the inland stream. They ended the season on top of the table, with 41 points.
Champion FC won the coastal stream with 33 points.
The two teams last played in the Nedbank Cup decider in October last year, where Champion FC won by 2-1.
The winner of this match will proceed to the provincial play-offs, locking horns against the champions from other regional leagues.
The provincial champion will be promoted to the ABC Motsepe League.
