Ngcobo Police are hot on the
heels of robbery suspects after a business was robbed in
Ngcobo yesterday, 30 September.
Police Spokesperson
Captain Namhla Mdleleni said it is alleged that an unknown man entered the shop
pretending to deliver a parcel to one of the employees.
“The complainant became
suspicious and tried to press a panic button but another suspect grabbed it. They
ordered the employees to open the tills and took an undisclosed amount of money
and after that they fled the scene,” said Mdleleni.
She said a case of robbery
had been opened and police are following up on leads.
