Police are seeking the
assistance of the public to identify the body of a man that was found at Heaven
Beach in Elliotdale recently.
According to Police Spokesperson, Captain
Siphokazi Siwisa, it is alleged that a fisherman alerted
the police after he saw the unknown body on the beach.
She said on the police’s arrival they found the body of the man, estimated to be above 40 years.
“The deceased was wearing a navy, white and red track top, he has a Z
tattoo on his left leg and also a 2PAC tattoo on his left arm. Preliminary
investigations were done to track his family, with no success,” said Siwisa.
She appealed to anyone who is missing a family member to come forward and try to assist police in identifying the body. They can contact Detective Constable Sonwabile Mtyityimba of Elliotdale SAPS on
