A beauty pageant title holder from Mthatha, Entle Sange Ndzakana (10), is appealing to anyone who can assist her with financial support, as she is required to raise sponsorship money to compete in International Miss South Africa in September 28, 2024.

The competition will be held in Gauteng.

I will be representing my country internationally should I win this competition. I also believe it will help me to boost my confidence, improve my public speaking and allow me to give back to my community, and that is why I entered it. This is not my first competition.

She added that she entered Miss Buyelembo 2021; she was also crowned Miss Petite Idol South Africa, and Miss Golden Heart South Africa in 2022.

According to her she was excited when she heard that she was chosen to compete in this competition.

She said that although she would love to be a medical doctor professionally in the future, she is still planning to continue with modelling as well.

“I would encourage my peers to always grab these opportunities with both hands. I believe as young children they pave a bright future for us. I would also advise those who are using drugs to stop using them as they destroy one’s future. They must find what they are passionate about and build a better future for themselves.”

According to Sange, she has strong support from her family and her modelling mentor. She said that they help her balance both schoolwork and her modelling.

She added that during the week she focuses mainly on schoolwork, and on weekends she attends modelling classes to polish her modelling skills.

“I am asking for support from anyone who can assist with financial support, as each finalist is required to raise sponsorship money in order to compete in September.”
